Selecting a type of wood.

We stock most domestic hardwoods as displayed in the "Type of wood" dropdown for each shadow box. We have access to all domestic soft and hard woods and most exotic hard woods. If you would like a quote to build a box from a specific or combination of woods, please email you request to info@rwne.com.

All of our shadow boxes are sprayed with 3 coats of water based polyurethane finish that has a golden amber dye added to give it a oil finish look. We normally do not like to stain wood, or use oil based finishes, but if you have a special request please include it in remarks section of your order. For an additional processing fee, we will be more than happy to accommodate you.
