Engraving Capability

We have three engraving machines. All are computer controlled and offer a high degree of accuracy.

Our work horse is a 25 watt CO2 LASER engraver. It has a 25" x 18" bed that has the capability to engrave very long items that are 25" or less in width by passing them through the front and back of the machine. This machine can engrave items upto 6.5" thick.

Our second machine is a 30 watt desktop CO2 LASER. It is limited to items that are less than 11.8" x 8.25" in length or width and 2.8" thick.

LASER engravable materials include: Engravers Plastic, Pane Glass, Glassware, Coated Metal Engraving Stock, Leather, Acrylic, Ceramic, Crystal, Wood, Marble, Rubber and a variety of metals using a chemical treatment.

The last machine is a spindle engraver that marks material using a metal bit. Engraving methods include: Burnishing, Cutting and Dragging. The spindle engraver can engrave anything that is flat and can fit onto the 10" x 12" bed or long items that are 10" or less in width by passing through the sides of the machine.
