Roppo's Wood & Engraving is owned and operated by Troy and Stephanie Oppor. Troy is a retired United States Navy Veteran and served for over 22 years, retiring as an Aviation Electronics Technician Senior Chief. Stephanie has been working for NAS Whidbey Island MWR department since 1999. We thank you for stopping at Roppo's Wood & Engraving. We have been in business since 1996 and thanks to you we have continued to expand our products and services. We have a full wood shop packed full of the latest equipment, and whether it's a custom design, or one of our stock items, we will build it to your exact order. We also have 2 LASER engravers, 2 CNC routers, a spindle engraver and 5 commercial single head embroidery machines. We frequently get asked, Why are your prices so much lower? The answer is simple, we have a very small overhead! We work out of our home, all of our equipment is paid for, we purchase stock in bulk at the lowest price possible and pass most of the savings onto you, the customer. And thanks to your support, we continue to grow.

Our policy is simple. To provide you with the highest quality products for the absolute lowest prices. If you're not happy with one of our products or services, we will work directly with you to resolve the problem whether it be refund, exchange, discount or any other reasonable solution.
Packages will be shipped only after full payment has been received.
Shipping charges are close estimates, you will be billed the actual cost of shipping after packaging. Your order total will be adjusted accordingly and payment will be process when your order is ready to ship.
Our Return Policy Is Simple, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As long as the item is in original condition and includes all of its original packaging, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a Return Merchandise Agreement (RMA). RMA's are good for 10 days from the date of issue and all items associated with the RMA must be shipped within the 10 day window. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested for all returns.
Items that have been personalized are not eligible for a refund and cannot be returned, those sales are final.
All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Cut engraving stock is subject to a 40% restocking fee. All shipping fees associated with a customer order are non-refundable including return shipping fees. Additionally, if the product box has been damaged, taped or altered in any manner, or any parts covered under the RMA are missing, we will be unable to accept the item as a valid return and the item will be returned to you at additional shipping costs. Items returned must be shipped in accordance with the shippers packaging requirements and be insured against damage for the full amount of the items authorized under the RMA. Items damaged in return shipment due to insufficient packaging or without damage insurance will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned back to you with additional shipping costs.
After 30 days of reciept, all sales are final.
Damaged or Missing Items
Product Inspection Upon Receipt: Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it immediately for its condition and completeness. If there is any damage from shipping or anything missing, please contact us within 3 days from receipt at 1-360-929-6039 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We will initiate a damage claim or have the missing item[s] shipped to you right away. After 3 days we assume your order has been received as acceptable and without damage.
For Damaged items, please keep all original packing materials including the original shipping container and all the contents. The shipping box and the contents are required by the shipping carrier in order to support damage claims. (Without the shipping container and contents most carriers will deny all claims for damage.) If there is extensive damage to the shipping container, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately as above. Please have your order number available when you contact us. Failure to keep the shipping container and packaging materials will result in a declined claim for damage by the shipper and you will be liable for the financial loss of the damaged item.
A replacement item will be sent - as soon as possible - after the shipping company has had an opportunity to and completed their inspection.
Roppo's Wood & Engraving is not responsible for deliveries stolen from the recipients address. All packages are shipped requiring signature delivery confirmation. If the recipient has delivery signature release authorization with the carrier, or has signed a one time release, any lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the recipient.
The customer agrees to pay the amount of order including actual shipping costs in compliance with the cardholder agreement or PayPal user agreement.
Charge Back Policy
If a customer requests a full or partial charge back from their credit card issuer, there is a processing fee, normally $25 charged by the merchant service, to process the charge back, even if it's reversed. If the charge back is reversed, the customer agrees to pay the processing fee.
Roppos Wood & Engraving hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by Roppos Wood & Engraving in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by Roppos Wood & Engraving until goods are paid for in full by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.
For all prices and products, Roppos Wood & Engraving reserves the right to make adjustments, substitutions, or cancellations due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements. Roppos Wood & Engraving is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.
Q&A Concerning Shipping Costs of UIM Rockers
We do not charge any extra handling or packaging fees, the shipping charge covers the actual amount charged by the carrier and the price of the shipping container (if needed) without any mark ups, We make absolutely no profit on shipping.
There are several shipping options that may be selected during checkout, if you chose UPS Ground, and then yes, that is approximately what UPS is going to charge you to have your package delivered, remember We are not marking up any shipping costs, that is what UPS is going to charge to deliver your package.
We use to ship UIM tabs via first class envelop for only the cost of a stamp and envelope. Unfortunately there are either a lot of dysfunctional post offices around the country or dishonest people, resulting in several packages disappearing. Without the proof of shipping or delivery, we would either have to refund the customer the full amount including shipping cost or reprocess the order and re-ship... all at our expense. $5 each patch covers materials, time and a little meat for some profit, do it twice and we can't even break even, it's all a loss on the books. So the bottom line is we can only ship via a traceable method and for UIM tabs customers usually select the cheapest USPS Priority mail at $7.75 It's on the list of shipping options, you'll find it 2nd on the drop down list.
We want to make sure my customers receive their orders and don't go out of business in the process.
We embroider every single one of these UIM tabs from scratch with the exact information provided by my customers, with a minimum order of 1, we are the only company that offers this service with such low prices, even with the higher UPS ground shipping costs averaged in, you're not going to find the UIM tab your looking for at a lower cost.
UIM Rocker tabs are embroidered exactly to the Uniform regulations specifications as outline in the United States Uniform Regulations NAVPERS 15665I.
